3rd iteration - The website you are viewing now is the 3rd iteration of Cody's Web Design. I completely rebuilt the website from scratch in 2024 to showcase my portfolio using the original Photoshop template that I created back in 2015. The updated version of this website is developed using modern programming techniques such as SCSS, CSS Grid, and Flexbox, and it leverages GitHub and Cloudflare Pages for high performance and speed.

1st iteration - I created the first iteration of this website in 2015 to advertise my web development services to potential clients. The website utilizes WordPress to power the website. I hand-coded a custom WordPress theme from scratch, tailored to show my strengths as a web developer. I used Photoshop to design the full layout of the website, then developed the website using the design that I created. The logo, simple yet impactful, conveys professionalism and readability.

Recognizing the importance of mobile browsing, I ensured that the website is fully responsive. Users can seamlessly access it from various devices without compromising on aesthetics or functionality. The inclusion of a contact form streamlines communication. When visitors submit their information, I receive an email notification, allowing me to promptly engage with potential clients.
